Best Practices Association (BPA) Concierge

ACT Dental Practice Coaching is looking to add an amazing Customer Success Representative to our unique team! The position is available nationwide. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. This position requires exceptional communication and listening skills with a proactive and upbeat approach! Must be self-motivated with an internal drive to achieve results.

What is the BPA?

The Best Practices Association (BPA) is an online community of dentists and dental practice team members. Our BPA Concierge is tasked with reaching out to members in an effort to help them utilize the tools and find the solutions in the BPA to help with their practices. In addition, this person manages and nurtures BPA members and other leads further along the buyers' journey to higher membership levels.

Your Super Power

Your effectiveness in this role hinges on your adept communication skills, an in-depth understanding of our offerings and differentiation, and a natural ability to build relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others! This role will require the ability to reach out and build relationships, sell the solutions the BPA has for dentists, and identify the leads that should go on to the next step in our buyer's journey.

What's Needed:

  1. Your primary objective is to support and nurture leads. This encompasses calling, emailing, texting, and reporting outcomes.
  2. You will serve as the first point of contact, sparking interest, identifying potential clients, and transitioning warm leads to our Business Development Representative.
  3. Maintaining meticulous records through our CRM - HubSpot - for effective data tracking and utilization.
  4. Working in unison with our Business Development team, meeting weekly at minimum.
  5. Continually honoring our Core Values of Always Be Growing and Results Driven.
  6. Converting our Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  7. Experience with HubSpot, or any CRM software, is advantageous.
  8. Demonstrated success in remote work or academic environments.
  9. Cold calling experience is a bonus.
  10. 4x per year traveling to our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
