Coaching: Every practice needs a coach, no matter how successful you are. There’s always room for growth, and a coach can help you reach new heights.
Character: How do people see you? What culture are you creating? The way you act determines the health and efficiency of your team.
Communication: Open communication is the lifeforce of your practice. Let team members know your door is always open!
Commitment: Set goals and stick to them. Stay focused on what you want your practice to be. Commitment will carry you across the finish line!
Contagious: Energy is contagious. It spreads from one team member to another. Make sure you’re spreading positive energy!
Caring: Show the team you care by prioritizing their health and wellness. A happy and healthy team has the motivation to drive towards success.
Consistency: Be consistent with what you do—your systems, your behavior, your core values, everything. Consistency makes your practice more predictable.
