Old Keys Won’t Unlock New Doors
Imagine you’re standing in front of a door. Behind that door is everything you want—efficiency, profitability, awesome team members, patients who pay on time. You pull out your keys to unlock the door. But none of them work!
Why? Because old keys won’t unlock new doors.
Old keys are the tools, processes and mindsets of the past. If you catch a team member saying, “that’s the way we’ve always done it,” you know they’re using an old key. Those keys won’t get you where you want to go. You can’t make progress doing the same things you’ve always done.
If you want to open new doors, you’re going to need new keys.
Try a different approach. Explore new technologies. Update your processes. If something doesn’t work, go down a different path. To achieve growth and success, you have to try new things. Those old keys don’t serve you anymore!
I don’t know about you, but I get locked out of rooms all the time—sometimes locked INTO rooms! It happens more than I’m willing to admit. This short video is sure to give you and your team a good laugh.
