Celebrate Dental Assistants Recognition Week
Do you know what next week is? It’s Dental Assistants Recognition Week!
Dental assistants are the unsung heroes of dentistry. They stand by your side to offer support while you care for patients. They make sure your notes, work stations and appointments always stay organized—especially when things get busy around the office!
Dental assistants are excellent partners. They deserve to be recognized!
One simple thing you can do is let your assistants know just how much you appreciate them. Be specific, too—instead of saying, “Great job today,” say something like, “I really liked the conversation you had with Mrs. Smith.” Specific is terrific!
You can also put together a compensation package. Go beyond pay by covering the CE courses that interest them (like the ones we offer at ACT Dental!). Throw in some other benefits, too, like work/life balance solutions.
Want more ways to celebrate your dental assistants? This video has some great ideas. And remember, you can show appreciation during any week of the year.
Let’s make every week Dental Assistants Recognition Week!
