Better Practice. Better Life. : How Our Community Finds Both
Here at ACT, there’s one thing we live by: “Better practice. Better life.”
The “better practice” part is fairly simple. All dentists want a practice that’s profitable, efficient, healthy, and brimming with loyal patients. A better practice means hiring the right people and creating a culture your whole team loves.
But what does it mean to have a better life? The answer is different for everyone. Some dentists might say . . .
“I want to clock out by 3:00pm, so I can pick up my kids from school.”
“I want to work four days a week, so I have more time to spend with family.”
“I want to give up some control, so I can take more days off.”
So many dentists are focused on having a better practice that they miss out on having a better life. The way we see it, a better practice allows you to have a better life.
We want you to have a better life—and so does our community. All the doctors in this video are part of the Best Practices Association, and by joining, you get a chance to pick their brains and learn the secrets to a better life. If these dentists figured it out, then so can you!
