Celebrations and challenges: end of year team exercise.

A lot of good things happened this year! We need to build on the things that are going really well. There are also some challenges we need to consider, what can we change to get better?

We encourage you to do the following exercise with your team:

Break the team into two groups. Using large post-it notes or posterboard, have each group separate and together call out and write down their thoughts on the large sheets. One group will focus on the celebrations for the practice throughout the year. The other group will focus on the challenges. Stay positive here, these challenges are areas of opportunity!

After ten minutes, the groups now swap and add their thoughts to what was already added to the list by the other group.

Incorporate your KPIs to have concrete data. Remember, data removes all emotion! It's how you measure your success and know if your current systems and processes are working.
