What would you pay for a little more predictability?
Luckily, finding predictability and consistency in Admin, Hygiene, chair side, the lab and doctor zones can happen for the cost of a few sheets of paper, and a little thought. What items would you put on an end-of-day checklist?
This video contains some ideas. My friend Dr. John Cranham has a detailed list for each area.
In the video we also showed you Johnny’s secret oatmeal. It won’t help you organize your dental practice, but it’s pretty healthy (it might also double as spackle in a pinch).
JOHNNY’S NASTY OATMEAL
2 Cups Steel Cut Oats
10 Cups Water
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
Honey, Fruit or Brown Sugar
Spray the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Add oats and water, stir gently.
Set slow cooker on low 7-9 hours.
When finished, stir in Vanilla extract.
Spoon individual servings into a bowl, add honey, fruit, brown sugar to taste.
Refrigerate the rest, prepare to be ridiculed by co-workers for the rest of eternity.
