Lead Coach

Position Summary:

The Lead Coach is responsible for directly engaging with ACTDental clients through on-site progress visits, coaching calls and customer launch workshops. Coaching topics will include, but are not limited to clinical, leadership and business skills. Additional instructional/facilitative support may also be necessary for ACTDental CE courses and other ACTDental events. Lead Coaches deliver ACTDental content in conjunction with creating an individualized experience based on each client’s needs and are also responsible for new content creation and continuous improvement of existing instructional materials.

Responsibilities:

Drive superior client outcomes through coaching engagements designed to improve a practices leadership, business and clinical skills.

Facilitate and foster client relationships via on-site progress visit to practices, participation in group launches in Overland Park, KS facility and through coaching calls.

General administrative responsibilities associated with the coaching process to include all status reporting, call logs, progress visit reports, ACT dashboard configuration/reporting, pro-active issue reporting, CE reporting, and any other administrative duties required to support the coaching process.

Participation in other ACTDental live events either as a facilitator, on-site coach, or team member providing event management support.

Continuous improvement of learning materials including but not limited to new content creation and existing content maintenance.

Provide coaching/training to internal team members as necessary to transparently share and collaborate on all best in practice skills acquired.

Ongoing professional development.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

Facilitative and Leadership skills; coaching experience a plus

Bachelor’s Degree, health or business related preferred

Dental field experience required

Must understand and foster environment where collaboration, community, hospitality and service drive your decisions

Excellent knowledge of computers and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, gmail and Google Drive.

Prioritizing and multitasking skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. Ability to respond to requests with sense of urgency and take initiative as needed.

Collaborative and creative approach to solving challenging business problems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Self-motivated individual that has the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Sales Development Representative

Position Summary:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to drive new business across the ACT Dental product portfolio. You will be responsible for outbound calls to new leads in the pipeline, inbound sales calls, as well as handle lead nurture on the existing base of leads. Additionally the role will involve assessment scheduling and preparatory work to ensure a successful visit by the outside sales rep as well as key performance indicator tracking and various administrative tasks. Success in this position would provide potential opportunities into outside sales positions.

Responsibilities:

Drive new business across the ACT Dental product portfolio through multiple sales techniques, including outbound calling and email, management of inbound calls and email, as well as overall lead nurture throughout the sales process.

The go-to person for the outside sales rep providing a seamless handoff between inside and outside sales through adherence to the sales process and ensuring key details are captured and documented in the appropriate technology system.

General administrative responsibilities associated with sales such as scheduling assessments, preparing assessment analysis (with associated follow ups), documenting critical data for customer visits within the appropriate technology tools, and completing any other administrative tasks associated with the inside sales process.

Service incoming and outgoing phone and email inquiries from potential clients and answer questions, process requests, collect prospect data, or direct to the appropriate person.

Provide customer support throughout the sales process ensuring potential clients feel comfortable and are able to get any questions answered sharing in the overall responsibility of the conversion of a lead to an ACT Dental client.

The position will be accountable to individual revenue/sales target with both a variable and fixed compensation component.

Populate CRM with leads and compile reports and create prospect groups.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

4-Year college degree with aspirations to become an outside sales representative.
2 year prior sales experience required.
Excellent knowledge of computers and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, gmail and Google Drive. Specific knowledge of customer relations and contact databases a plus.
Prioritizing and multitasking skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. Ability to respond to requests with sense of urgency and take initiative as needed.
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
